Job Description 1 of 2 I. General Information Role: Sales & Marketing Head Department: Sales & Marketing Division: Raigarh – HO Job Grade/Level: SM [SM-I to SM-III] Functional Reporting: Group VP [HO] Administrative Reporting: Group VP [HO] II. Job Objective This position is responsible for researching and creating market opportunities simultaneously planning and implementing new sales plans. This position strives to manage sales & marketing staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operational goals. In other words, this position is responsible for generating unique sales plans, creating & engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting the sales & marketing objectives. This position represents the company's brand and drives various strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. III. Key Responsibility Areas # Key Result Areas Activities 1 Dispatch Planning • Prepare and execute dispatch planning while coordinating with the production team and the other stakeholders. • Ensure to achieve an excess dispatch from the budget. • Ensure to monitor and control the planned and actual dispatches. 2 Payment Collection • Ensure to monitor and recover Payment Overdue from concerned party. • Prepare SOP for collection of due payments from party concerned. • Monitor by regular follow-up for collection of due payments, as per SOP. 3 Availability & Monitoring of Rake • Ensure to have 100% availability of Rake at the Railway Siding • Track indents made in FOIS portal and place indents as per requirements. 4 Customer Relationship • Device new ideas and strategies to retain existing clients • Strategize and act accordingly to create new clients. • Ensure to have client visits every month. 5 Market Intelligence • Make thorough market and competitors’ analysis. • Track recent Government notifications pertaining to our business 6 Innovation and R&D • Generate new Ideas and Implement new Product Market and ensure Revenue Generation 7 Meetings • Coordinate Meetings with colleagues’ office and if necessary, at the Site. • Present requisite data to the management during meetings and / or as and when asked for. 8 Promoting Company Culture • Align self and coworkers with organization’s Core Value • Ensure reminder free organization • Ensure system and process-based work environment • SOP formulation and implementation at work place • Monitoring and Evaluating Employees for their reward and recognition. • Implementation of Wellness Program V4U in line with HR 9 Safety • Ensure the safe working environment. • Educate the workers on Safety and Safe Practices at workplace.

Key Performance Indicators # Key Performance Indicators Description 1 Dispatch Planning • Increase Dispatches by 5% from Budget in all commodities per Quarter up to 31st March 2025 • Prepare following reports on 1st Day of every Month; o Monthly Dispatch Forecast or Planning Report. o Other reports as needed by the management. • Prepare dispatch schedule with buyers prior a week • Follow-up and monitor regularly the stock availability for dispatch. • Make timely tender participation and bids in line with management. 2 Payment Collection • Prepare and / or amend SOP for collection of due payments from party concerned. ● Report of due payments vs monthly collection 3 Availability & Monitoring of Rake • Ensure to have 100% Availability of Rake at the Railway Siding 4 Customer Relationship • 95% Retention of Client • At least two Client Visit in a Month. Reports of visits. • Develop one new client every Quarter • Fetching e-way bills and sending it to the customer with a copy of RR. 5 Market Intelligence • Monthly Competitors’ Analysis Report 6 Innovation and R&D • Ready handy booklet about our Products and their quality, for advertisement and support during visits • Report on number of new ideas generated and implemented. • Every Quarter, share at least 02 (two) Innovative Work for organization progress • Prospecting Work at new Mines to identify the low Silica Zones 7 Meetings • PPT presentation and compliance with MoM 8 Promoting Company Culture ● V4U implementation • Innovative works initiation 9 Safety • Conduct safety talk to educate the colleagues and coworkers. V. Job Specifications Qualification: Min. Qualification Required: − Graduate [Any Stream] − MBA [Logistics / Marketing] is a plus Any mandatory certifications / skills required: − Idea about purchase, stores, accounting, shipping, statutory, labour laws, Liaison and Administration Relevant Experience: Min. no. of years of relevant experience required: 8 to 10 years Skills Required: − Leadership and good communication Skills − Analytical and Problem-solving Skills − Organisational and technical Skills − Proficiency in performance tracking and management − Adaptability with changing pace of work and target − Eagerness to learn new technology and methods Other Desirables [Is a plus]: − Six Sigma Green Belt − Certified Production and Inventory Mgmt.
