AGM Trade Finance & Banking

Job Description:

• Managing, planning and coordinating for Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, Bank Guarantees, Foreign remittances and related FEMA , RBI, IDPMS and Tax compliances etc
• Coordinate with Foreign Banks / Foreign Branches of Indian Banks / Gift City for availing Suppliers / Buyers Credit at competitive rates
• Timely preparation, submission and ensuring periodic review of all required MIS pertaining to trade finance vertical.
• Coordination with various stakeholder including GBS, Commercial & Plant location team.
• Coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors for trade finance related matters including Charges & Commission, Acceptances, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee
• Managing Banking Relationships - Timely reverting on banking queries
• To contribute various digitalization initiatives related to Working Capital
• To prepare CMA data, QOS-1 & QOS – 2 data for taking of various loan facility from Bank.
• To handle EDPMS and IDPMS matters
• Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal such as packing credit, bill discounting & other short term working capital loan etc.
• Liaisoning with senior official of Banks, Financial Institution & Finance Company.
• Debtors Management and Credit Control

Preferred Candidates:

Chartered Accountant having minimum experience of 10 to 15 years in following fields:

• Worked in the trade finance/banking/treasury department of any large manufacturing co. / NBFC / Banks
• Hands on experience in Trade Finance (Export/Import) processes, policies and transaction handling
• Handled RBI and other related compliances
• Knowledge of ERP
• Hands-on on Excel and Power Point
