Job Description:
A "Power Plant Head" is responsible for overseeing all operations within a power plant, ensuring efficient and safe electricity generation by managing staff, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining compliance with regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize power production while adhering to budget constraints and environmental standards; essentially acting as the leader of the entire power plant facility.
Key responsibilities of a Power Plant Head may include:

Operational Management:
- Directing daily operations of the power plant, including monitoring equipment performance, fuel usage, and power output.
- Overseeing plant start-up, shut-down, and load changes.
- Responding to operational emergencies and coordinating necessary corrective actions.

- Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize reliability.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or related field) with significant experience in power plant operations.
