We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in the Real Estate Sector. As part of this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new clients within the Real Estate sector (Developers/Builders).
- Negotiation Skills: Leveraging your negotiation expertise to collaborate with clients and bankers, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and within time constraints.
- Problem Solving: Managing any challenges that arise during the deal closure process, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes.
- Financial Acumen: Handling critical financial documents such as MIS, Cash Flow, CMA, and more with precision and accuracy.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Proactively cross-sell a variety of financial services to existing clients, expanding our offerings and adding value to long-term partnerships.
