Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Channel Sales Representative/Manager to expand and manage our dealer network. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of dealer channel dynamics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Management & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand market reach.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively managing dealer relationships and implementing sales strategies.
  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure long-term business success.
  • Training & Support: Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to dealer partners.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and maximize dealer potential.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns for dealers.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze dealer sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing dealer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in dealer or channel sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., Bath fitting and sanitaryware].
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently for dealer visits.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a network of dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
