Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador who will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, fostering connections with consumers, and driving engagement for our diverse liquor brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the world of spirits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences that resonate with our target audience.
Duties and responsibilities
Serve as the face of our liquor brands, including the various types of spirits, their ingredients, production processes, and unique features and values compellingly and authentically.
Plan, execute, and represent our brands at various industry events, parties, trade shows, gatherings and promotional activities. Engage with customers, distributors, retailers, and media to increase the brand's presence in relevant circles.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, bar managers, restaurant owners, consumers, and influencers in the hospitality industry to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Stay informed about the unique qualities of our liquor brands, providing accurate and engaging information to consumers and stakeholders.
Gather feedback from consumers and market trends to provide valuable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align brand strategies and ensure a cohesive brand presence.
Leverage social media platforms to share brand-related content, engage with followers, and create a buzz around the brand. Maintain an active online presence that aligns with the brand's image.
Create compelling content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts, that highlights the brand's story, values, and products. Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand messaging.
Organize training sessions and workshops for sales teams, distributors, and retail staff to ensure they are well-informed about the brand's products and can effectively communicate their value to customers.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to help the brand remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement
• Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent (IIHM) will be preferred.
• WSET or equivalent certificate required. (Strongly recommend)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the liquor industry and products.
• Creativity in developing engaging promotional strategies.
• Social media savvy and digital marketing skills.
• Confidence and charisma to engage with diverse audiences.
• Understanding of local and international liquor regulations.
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as required.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, especially different types of liquor and their characteristics.
