Job Description:
- Responsible of creating applications that use the Genesys Cloud APIs or integration capabilities.
- Should be able to build IVRs and manage the existing IVR flows for clients/end users.
- Provide required support during cutover and production
- Should be familiar with we programming and REST APIs.
- It will be advantage if developer has experience in using client libraries and JavaScript APIs
