Position: Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager
Department: Spares
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager
Location: Honda, Goa
CTC: Basis current package and caliber. Plus PF, pickup drop facility, and Leaves.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years

Working: Monday to Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Desired Qualification: BE Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics

Skills: SAP, MS Office, Negotiation, and Strong Communication Skills
Candidate Location: Preference for candidates based in Goa or nearby areas.

Job Profile:

• Spares Sales Transactions: Handle spare sales to private and domestic customers for bus body parts, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Quotation Management: Provide timely quotations to customers based on the chassis number of the bus.
• Customer & Vendor Code Creation: Create customer and vendor codes for spare transactions to streamline operations.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure monthly updates of Legatix for legal compliance at plant I & II.
• E-Communication: Manage e-communications with spares customers for inquiries and updates.
• Customer Feedback: Ensure timely feedback to customers on spares supply commitments.
• Parts & Repair Estimation: Estimate part requirements and repair costs for accident buses.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Purchase/Stores department to manage material requirements, packing, and dispatch.
• Dispatch Arrangements: Coordinate dispatch vehicles to Tata Motors and private customers as needed.
• Follow-up: Track and follow up on monthly spares requirements and commitments with Tata Motors.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and conduct internal department audits.
• Target Achievement: Meet sales targets for spares throughout the year.
• Cross-Department Support: Assist correlated departments to streamline operations and ease transactions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure painting and dispatch of sheet metal and FRP parts meet Tata Motors’ SPD requirements.
• Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety standards and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Customer Relationship: Foster strong relationships with existing customers through timely spares delivery.
• Team Management: Oversee and manage personnel in the spares area to ensure smooth operations.
