Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Investment Banking Division. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance solutions, IPOs, and related financial transactions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, etc.
- Generate leads for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance transactions, IPOs, and IPO funding.
- Develop strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Indian market.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial transactions and market trends.
- Address client inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance with a focus on business development.
- Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting business development targets.
