Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Investment Banking Division. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance solutions, IPOs, and related financial transactions.

  1. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, etc.
  2. Generate leads for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance transactions, IPOs, and IPO funding.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Indian market.

 

Client Engagement:

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial transactions and market trends.
  2. Address client inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

 

Market Research:

  1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  2. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance with a focus on business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets and key players.
  1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  2. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting business development targets.
