Head of Talent Management & HR
Industry: International Retail Brand Collective
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 10 years (Preferably from Retail and Luxury Sector)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Based on current package and caliber

Candidate Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRBP, Employee Life Cycle Management, or Talent Management.
  • Post-graduate degree in HR, MSW, or Psychology.

About the Role: As the Head of Talent Management & HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resource strategies that support the growth of multiple international luxury brands. This position requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about people and talent, and who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Identification & Sourcing:
    • Create a talent pool to meet staffing requirements, reducing turnaround time for retail teams.
    • Collaborate with operations teams to support store growth and hiring needs.
    • Evaluate and hire talent for both retail positions and head office support functions.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
    • Enhance the induction process for a consistent onboarding experience.
    • Lead new hire feedback and action plans.
    • Evaluate new hire performance during their first 3 months.
  • Employee Retention:
    • Design and implement strategies for employee retention.
    • Proactively address grievances and employee issues.
    • Collaborate with operations to drive motivation and productivity.
  • Talent Management:
    • Create internal progression programs for career development.
    • Lead talent identification and succession planning.
    • Manage role transitions and internal career transfers.
    • Implement performance management plans across brands and functions.
  • Campus Engagement:
    • Oversee the internship program and campus hiring plans for front-end roles.
  • Employee Experience:
    • Lead engagement programs across locations and brands.
    • Manage Rewards & Recognition programs.
    • Administer engagement surveys to gather employee feedback and execute interventions.
    • Lead employee wellness initiatives and experiential learning workshops.
