Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and analyze market trends.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships, provide solutions, and ensure after-sales support.
- Technical Support: Offer product demonstrations and assist in product selection.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and track sales interactions.
- Offer Preparation: Create and send quotations, negotiate deals, and maintain sales records.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and marketing teams, and establish partnerships.
- Communication: Draft professional emails and reports; communicate in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Electrical Engineering.
- Technical & Sales Skills: Strong understanding of electrical components, sales experience, and business development.
- Language & Communication: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (written & spoken).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
