Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Priority Acquisition specialists responsible for acquiring high-net-worth clients.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance targets for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to improve the team's sales outcomes.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Client Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new HNW clients through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
- Identify and target prospects for wealth products, ensuring personalized offerings based on their financial needs and aspirations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, showcasing wealth management products and services tailored to their needs.

Wealth Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of wealth products (investment solutions, insurance products, estate planning, etc.), and ensure the team is well-versed in these products to drive sales.
- Stay updated on market trends, new product offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge in client acquisition efforts.

Sales and Performance Management:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets related to wealth product acquisition, working with the broader sales team and leadership to ensure continuous growth.
- Create sales forecasting models and pipelines to manage client acquisition expectations and track progress.
- Ensure the team adheres to compliance standards and organizational policies while conducting client outreach.

Client Onboarding and Experience:
- Lead the team in providing an exceptional client onboarding experience, ensuring all required documentation is completed and clients’ wealth management needs are clearly understood.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists to ensure clients’ portfolios are appropriately structured and managed according to their financial goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams such as product management, customer service, risk management, and marketing to align on strategies and ensure seamless delivery of wealth management products.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product teams for the development and enhancement of new wealth products and services.
