Please note: This role will require to work from office for 5.5 Days in a week.
Job Title: D2C Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Sales Director/Head of Sales
Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the D2C skincare brands business of Consumer Care
- Develop the business plan for the business and deliver results on the business plan - Manage digital marketing for the brands and deliver awareness and trial for the brands in e-comm channel
- Manage key e-comm marketplaces (both seller and vendor) for the brands including JBP, discounts, marketing investments & co-ops
- Manage fulfilment of products for the brands in the relevant marketplaces
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 managers to drive the business
- Identifying the key products from our international portfolio and make a business plan for launch
- Manage the registration process for the new products for import along with all import related documentation
- Manage the warehouse, distributor and supply chain for the brands
- Own the business P&L including pricing, discounts, gross margins and Advertising and promotion spends
- Manage the business in select offline stores
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience post MBA in managing E-comm channel and D2C brands
- Must have managed e-comm marketplaces for brands along with JBP, discounts and marketing investments
