Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Manager

Qualifications : Graduate

Experience: Min 7 - 12 Years

Job Location: Delhi , Hyderabad and Chennai 

Salary CTC: Best in the industry

Work Timing: 10.00 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth and expand market presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and performance, preparing regular reports for upper management.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Work with senior management to create accurate sales forecasts, set sales goals, and develop action plans to meet targets.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with key clients and close high-value deals, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on the sales pipeline, progress towards targets, and any issues or concerns that may impact performance.
  • Core Responsibilities: The candidate's prime responsibility is to develop the southern region business. He/she will be responsible for developing and creating New Customers for Polymers, Plastics, and petrochemicals, dealing with Principals and Suppliers, and Managing day-to-day sales and marketing activities with smooth delivery & dispatch of goods and on-time payment recovery from customers.
  • Experience:  7 - 10 years in Polymer, Plastics , PVC , TIO2 and Petrochemicals
