Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead our e-commerce marketplace operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online marketplace presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Operations: Manage and optimize our online marketplace presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
2. Product Listing and Inventory: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
3. Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., sales, revenue, customer satisfaction).
5. Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our marketplace presence, improve processes, and increase revenue.
6. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely deliveries.
7. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, laws, and regulations.
8. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketplace coordinators, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related field.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketplace management tools.
