Job Overview:

 The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, clients, and institutional investors. You will be tasked with offering customized investment solutions, building strong client loyalty, and contributing to the growth of our mutual fund business.

 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Navi Mumbai)

Department: Sales/Client Services

Reports To: Executive Director

Industry- Financial Services

Employment Type- Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs and investment goals.

- Recommend and manage a diversified portfolio of mutual funds tailored to client requirements.

- Provide clients with ongoing support, performance updates, and market insights.

- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting potential clients.

- Collaborate with the investment and research teams to create appropriate solutions for clients.

- Ensure clients are fully informed about mutual fund products, risks, and investment strategies.

- Monitor market trends and provide timely updates and advice to clients on their investment portfolios.

- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other documentation.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance/marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience (3+ years) in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment strategies, and financial markets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Client-focused with a strong ability to understand and address clients’ financial goals.

- Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales and business development goals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in mutual funds (e.g., NISM Series V-A) would be an advantage.
