Job Description:
Position: Manager(Operation)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:

Training & Development:
- Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for staff.
- Identify training gaps and provide resources to improve performance.
- Team Support:
- Address staff questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist sales and scheduling staff in resolving complex customer queries.
- Customer Engagement Oversight:
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Guide staff to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track lead generation, conversions, and lost leads.
- Conduct weekly meetings to discuss team performance, including incoming leads, failed leads, successful leads, and current statuses.
- Operational Management:
- Ensure office processes run smoothly. o Liaise with the main office in Australia for updates and guidelines.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to Flora or higher management about team performance and progress.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
