Job Description:

Position:         Manager(Operation)

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:     3 - 5 Years

Industries:      Digital Marketing

Responsibilities: 

  • Training & Development:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for staff.
  • Identify training gaps and provide resources to improve performance.
  • Team Support:
  • Address staff questions and concerns promptly.
  • Assist sales and scheduling staff in resolving complex customer queries.
  • Customer Engagement Oversight:
  • Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Guide staff to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Track lead generation, conversions, and lost leads.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to discuss team performance, including incoming leads, failed leads, successful leads, and current statuses.
  • Operational Management:
  • Ensure office processes run smoothly. o Liaise with the main office in Australia for updates and guidelines.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates to Flora or higher management about team performance and progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
