The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail or garment industry, with a keen eye for market trends and a passion for driving brand growth.

Job Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas, strong communication skills, and industry knowledge to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products in line with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ strategies in the retail/garment industry.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute promotional materials (print, digital, social media) that align with the brand’s voice and style.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase followers and drive traffic.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and events, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to adjust strategies and achieve optimal ROI.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials, training, and communication to drive store traffic and online sales.
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate buzz and increase brand reach.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role within the retail or garment industry.
  • Has to visit market at least 4 days a week
