Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, be a team player, and exhibit a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and assisting in HR policy administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:

    • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule follow-ups.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Assist with employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution.
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Provide administrative support to HR Manager regarding employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
  3. HR Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate HR files for employees, ensuring all documents are updated regularly.
    • Process employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, performance appraisals, and other documents.
  4. Training & Development:

    • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
    • Track employee training needs and provide support in organizing sessions.
  5. Compliance & Policy Administration:

    • Assist with HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of HR regulations and assist in audits and investigations when needed.
  6. Payroll Assistance:

    • Assist in collecting data for payroll processing.
    • Track employee benefits and assist with claims and reimbursements.
  7. General HR Support:

    • Perform general HR administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and maintaining HR records.
    • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
    • Answer HR-related inquiries from employees.
