Engineering Manager

·           To direct and co-ordinate progress of the multi-disciplinary engineering activities and ensure overall engineering execution as per the project plan, schedule and budget.

·           Define and implement suitable engineering and quality control procedures

·           Develop engineering execution plan (engineering deliverable register, procurement register) to meet the overall project plan schedule.

·           Ensure the engineering design prepared by engineering contractors is in line with the Statement of Requirements. Deliver design packages to cost, quality and schedule.

·           Plan, manage and monitor the engineering progress (design and engineering support divisions), address shortfalls, develop mitigation plans and ensure plans made are implemented.

·           Review of purchase specification review and support purchase team with preparation and evaluation of contracts (technical content)

• Provide optimized engineering solutions
• Organize, control and manage multidisciplinary coordination (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process, Structural)
• Interface between engineering and project management team
• Resolve technical issues in case of conflicting interests and keep all concerned parties informed
• Interface as requested to ensure that the project is safe, operable and maintainable Organize and participate in HAZOP/HAZID/ SIL meeting as required

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Leadership skills and Team player
• Min. 15-20 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas, Refinery in EPCM and EPC projects.
