Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resource functions across IPD Placement, Nyarah Jewellery Shop, and our entire organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in training & development, salary processing, SOP implementation, inductions, and reporting. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth HR operations and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all business units.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop and execute induction programs for new employees.

2. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and implement development programs.
  • Organize workshops, skill enhancement programs, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee progress and suggest career development opportunities.

3. Salary & Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing, salary structuring, and timely disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to wages and benefits.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs for efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Regularly update SOPs to align with business goals and industry best practices.

5. Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.

6. Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and monitor performance evaluation systems.
  • Prepare HR reports on hiring, training, attrition, and employee engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in recruitment and retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, training programs, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
