Job Description:
A Marketing AGM for a Ferro Alloys company is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's ferroalloy products, including market research, brand positioning, lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales support, with a focus on identifying new market opportunities and driving profitable growth within the steel industry. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs within the ferroalloy market. 
       
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives. 
       
    • Identify potential new market segments and opportunities for expansion. 
       
  • Brand Management:
    • Establish and manage the company's brand identity and positioning within the ferroalloy market. 
       
    • Develop and execute branding initiatives across various marketing channels. 
       
    • Monitor and manage brand reputation. 
       
  • Sales Support and Lead Generation:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers. 
       
    • Develop marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts. 
       
    • Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies. 
       
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. 
       
    • Conduct customer surveys and feedback analysis to identify customer needs and improve product offerings. 
       
    • Manage customer expectations and address customer concerns. 
       
  • Marketing Communications:
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans across various channels including digital marketing, trade shows, publications, and social media. 
       
    • Create compelling marketing content highlighting the benefits and applications of the company's ferroalloy products. 
       
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats. 
       
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies. 
       
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the ferroalloy industry, including product applications, market dynamics, and key players within the steel manufacturing sector. 
     
  • Marketing Expertise:
    Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels. 
     
  • Sales Acumen:
    Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and understand the sales process. 
     
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions. 
     
  • Communication Skills:
