Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities.
- Developing brand image and prequalifying brand with industry consultant.
- Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and real estate projects.
- Plan & conceptualize sales strategies for upcoming projects.
- To have a strong hold on the competitor trends in the market to create long-term and short-term goals.
- Developing and managing the sales team and the sales process in a complete cycle from sales strategy, pre-launch, pre-sales, and sales unit handover.
- Closing deals with clients and ensuring after-sales services are carried off properly.
- Manage channel partners to ensure proper project awareness and appropriate branding.
- Work closely with the marketing team in designing the marketing campaigns and activities.
- To be aware of government policies, processes, and transaction procedures.
- To develop mechanizam of reporting tagate achieved versus forecasts and report senior management team
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions for their property requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing plans to promote properties effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
- Managing customer requirements for on-time delivery, taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
- Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level, remaining abreast of the latest regulations, standards, and good working practices within the industry.
