Program Manager (AVP) - Sales Rewards and CoE-Wheels Mumbai

Job Description:

Process Champion – Drive process change under Centre of Excellence
 Time bound implementation of processes within the wheels function
 To consolidate the current sales force rewards and recognition programs under one umbrella
thereby ensuring greater effectiveness of various programs and rationalisation of spends.
 Provide continuous support and motivation to sales & collections teams through contests &
reward programs for the field staff.

 Engage with various business teams to identify gaps in processes and come up with a
common, best in class process which needs to be implemented across businesses within
timelines.
 Understanding of PDD for wheels business, Value Linked Incentive (VLI), OEM Incentive,
Trade Advance, Dealer management and other nuances of the wheels business.
 Drive the new process with measurable benefits.
 Designing campaigns as per respective product parameters & provide the required enablers
to the sales and collections team to keep the campaigns going.
 Publish leader boards at predefined intervals to ensure the field staff are regularly updated
on the rankings, positions, and qualification criteria for the ongoing campaigns, including
highlighting the top performers of each campaign.
 Take necessary buy ins from all stake holders for effective sales reward campaign construct,
implementation, and budgets.
 Partner with internal data teams and other stakeholders to release effective MIS reports
across all campaigns, including performance monitoring, highlighting top performance,
budget vs actual spends, performance analysis of field staff etc.
 Manage relationships with all external vendors involved in the supply and successful
execution of the gratifications / rewards of various sales campaigns and incentive programs.
 Responsible for arranging felicitation (end to end) of winners as per approved campaign
construct.
