We are seeking a dynamic ORM Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, complaints, and feedback across social media and digital platforms. They should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customers professionally and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries across social media and online platforms.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain brand reputation by proactively managing online conversations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience.
Prepare reports on customer sentiment, feedback trends, and ORM performance.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in ORM, customer service, or social media management.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
Knowledge of social media platforms and ORM tools is a plus.
