Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative with at least one year of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to healthcare professionals, building relationships, and driving sales growth in their designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and stay updated on competitors’ products, trends, and industry news.
- Product Training: Provide education and information to healthcare professionals about the products, including usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Report Management: Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to management.
- Territory Management: Develop and manage a plan to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned region.
- Compliance: Ensure that all promotional activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable way.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with healthcare professionals and influence purchasing decisions.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently.
