Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Manual Designer with 2+ years of experience in the Jewelry Industry to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for jewelry design, and the ability to create intricate designs by hand, transforming ideas into wearable art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sketch custom jewelry pieces by hand, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry types.
• Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and jewelers to understand design requirements and create unique, high-quality jewelry pieces.
• Develop accurate and detailed sketches and renderings for jewelry designs that meet client specifications.
• Create design prototypes, including mock-ups or samples, to present to clients or for production evaluation.
• Stay updated on trends in jewelry design, materials, and techniques to inspire fresh and innovative ideas.
• Provide creative input and develop new design concepts for collections or custom requests.
• Work with production teams to ensure the designs are manufacturable and meet the required quality standards.
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback and ensure that final pieces align with client expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual jewelry design.
• Hand-Sketching Skills: Expertise in creating detailed, accurate, and creative hand-drawn jewelry designs.
• Jewelry Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry-making techniques, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in creating intricate designs with high attention to detail.
• Creativity: Ability to create innovative, aesthetically appealing, and wearable jewelry designs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with clients and production teams.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with traditional and contemporary jewelry design techniques.
• Knowledge of jewelry trends and customer preferences in the market.
• Basic understanding of CAD software for jewelry design (e.g., Rhino, Matrix) is a plus, but not mandatory.
