1. Sales and Negotiation Skills
• Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Persuasive communication and effective negotiation tactics.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
2. FMCG Industry Knowledge
• Experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages or tea.
• Understanding of distribution channels and supply chain management.
• Awareness of competitor products and market trends.
3. B2B Sales Experience
• Experience in selling to wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Knowledge of bulk pricing, contracts, and long-term business relationships.
⁠• Ability to present products in a way that meets business customers' needs.
4. Communication and Relationship-Building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Good customer service skills to ensure repeat business.
5. Self-Motivation and Target

• High energy and enthusiasm for achieving sales growth.
• Resilience to handle rejections and keep pushing for sales.
6. Market and Territory Knowledge
• Understanding of the local and regional market dynamics.
