Job Description:

Sales & Business Development:
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within the assigned area, focusing on industries such as Automobile, Auto Ancillary, EV, and Warehouse Automation.
• Drive sales growth by promoting the company's full range of automation solutions, including PLC systems, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Robotics, and material handling systems.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity, ensuring the company’s offerings are competitively positioned.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to understand their automation requirements, conducting needs assessments and aligning solutions with their operational goals.
• Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the company’s automation solutions.
Solution Selling & Technical Support:
• Work with technical and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals, quotes, and solutions that address client-specific needs.
• Provide clients with expert guidance on the technical aspects of the company’s automation solutions, helping them make informed decisions.
• Offer post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions and providing troubleshooting assistance when required.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
• Develop and execute an area sales strategy that aligns with regional and organizational goals, targeting high-potential accounts and industries.
• Set, track, and achieve sales targets, regularly analyzing performance and adjusting the sales approach to ensure success.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales pipeline information.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis, keeping senior
