Position: Officer – Indirect Taxes

Location: Honda, Goa
Working: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Department: Indirect Taxes
Reporting To: Executive GM
CTC: Basis current package and caliber. Plus PF, pickup drop facility, and Leaves.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Education: B.Com Graduate
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in indirect taxation
✔ Skills Required:

• MS Office (Excel preferred)
• SAP knowledge (added advantage)
• Indirect Taxation Course (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Execution & verification of Sales/Purchase registers
✅ Vendor invoice reconciliation with GST portal & resolution of mismatches
✅ ITC & Outward liability verification with General Ledger
✅ Tax liability computation, payment processing & SAP JV entries
✅ Preparing & filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ITC-04, GSTR-6)
✅ Managing Invoice Management System (IMS) & GST portal actions
✅ Handling Professional Tax & ISD compliance
✅ Maintaining tax records & liaising with government authorities
