Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions. 
       
    • Analyze market data to identify target demographics, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. 
       
    • Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team. 
       
  • Marketing Execution:
    • Create and manage a variety of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including online listings, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and event marketing. 
       
    • Develop compelling property descriptions and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively. 
       
    • Utilize SEO and PPC strategies to optimize online visibility. 
       
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team 
       
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales agents to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer service 
       
    • Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement 
       
  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and online platforms 
       
    • Implement lead nurturing campaigns to maintain interest and move prospects through the sales funnel 
       
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers 
       
    • Effectively communicate property details and address customer concerns throughout the sales process 
       
    • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase properties 
       
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track key sales metrics and marketing campaign performance 
       
    • Analyze data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to sales and marketing strategies 
       
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activity and market insights 
       
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and competition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
