- Collect, process, and analyze HR data
- Identify trends and patterns in data
- Make recommendations to support HR strategy

- Improve HR department efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media and employee referrals
- Conduct background checks and reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Applicants
- Prepare and maintain Recruitment matrix like cost per hire, turn around time
