Job Description:
Responsible for driving the assigned sales targets in the allocated zone. |

Responsible to do marketing activities to identify new prime business opportunities. |

Accountable to create new sourcing networks by providing support, information, and guidance. |

Responsible for creating a strong sales culture by driving acquisitions, profitability, and employee development |

Accountable for healthy portfolio by collection of overdue accounts. |

Responsible for prompting Customer Service |

Responsible for handling DSA, DST, Relationship Manager and Sales Manager |
|||
Responsible for working collaboratively with the Operations, Credit, Technical, Legal and Collections department for successful file login. |
|||
Responsible to maintain the productivity and deliverables of business growth |
|||
Accountable for recruiting, training and motivating team to achieve the desired productivity in alignment with the organisation goals |
