Asst. Manager Pre Sales - Building Materials

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Pre Sales expert from building material industry, with at-least 6+ years of experience.  A presales lead is someone who oversees the presales team, which consists of technical experts who support the sales team in qualifying, proposing, and closing deals. The presales team provides product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and proofs of concept to potential and existing customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the solutions they offer.

Job description:

1. Proforma Invoice Preparation

• Generate and issue Proforma Invoices for CPs based on sales orders and quotes in coordination with Sales and Production team.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, product details, and terms of sale before issuance.

2. Order Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales and the Production Team.
• Move orders to production after final confirmation and approval.
• Obtain and communicate delivery timelines to the production team, ensuring adherence to committed deadlines.
• Monitor order progress from placement to delivery, addressing any workflow issues or delays proactively.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain records of all sales orders and related correspondence with Sales, Production and Distributors.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on pending order movements for production.
• Generate reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback for management review.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with sales team to address discrepancies or special requests from Distributors
