Job Description:

• Oversee Production – Manage manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while meeting company goals.

• Supervise Staff – Handle staffing needs, training, and performance management to maximize productivity.

• Support New Products – Assist in the development and launch of new products to meet operational and project goals.

• Drive Continuous Improvement – Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall efficiency.

• Promote Lean Manufacturing – Use lean methods to reduce waste and enhance production quality and delivery.

• Ensure Workplace Safety – Maintain compliance with safety regulations, provide training, and create a safe work environment.

• Enhance Communication – Work closely with internal teams and customers to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.

• Be a Team Player – Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment to achieve business objectives.

• Support Other Departments – Assist engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Develop Employees – Provide clear direction, training, and leadership to help employees grow and succeed.

• Manage Resources – Plan and allocate staff and equipment to meet production goals while staying within budget.
