Job Description:
We are hiring a Area Sales Manager in Ahmedabad.
Position: Area Sales Manager (B2B Sales - Thermic Fluid)

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads to acquire new B2B customers in the thermic fluid industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities and submit reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, or industrial fluids.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales strategy development.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Additional: Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
