Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min 3 to 5 years experience in Store & Dispatch department from any Manufacturing industry.
Work location: Shirwal in Pune

Job Brief
We are looking a person who will be a Part of Store & Dispatch team in day to day stores activity.

Job Responsibilities:
Store activities ->
monitoring Inward vehicle unloading with material sorting, counting, locating.
Check all documents of inward materials & Verify the inward material as per suppler invoice.
Inform to concern department if any discrepancy in inward material.
Day to day material locating to specific locations & clear the inward invoices for GRN/PCR.
Follow the process for stock audit.

Dispatch activities ->
Prepare 4(5)a/57f4 challan
Generate E way Bill.
Loading and dispatching of Material to Vendor for different processes.

Personal skills required:
Knowledge about engineering/Fabrication parts.
Ready to work in shift.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
knowledge of ERP system is Must
