- Planning: Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitoring: Monitor production costs, equipment performance, and employee attendance
- Analyzing: Analyze production needs and identify areas for improvement
- Supervising: Supervise production personnel and ensure they meet production targets
- Coordinating: Coordinate production staff with equipment and with relevant departments
- Improving: Recommend and implement solutions to improve production
- Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports for management
- Safety: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations
- Quality: Ensure production activities meet quality standards
- Performance: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
