Responsibilities:

• Develop Sales Strategy and Plan to achieve sales target in Bangalore.
• Target setting & monitoring.
• Managing and motivating sales team.
• Providing Product and sales training to sales team.
• Plan and implement sales promotion activities.
• Market intelligence and suggesting corrective actions.
• Appointment of Dealers / Dealers in Bangalore.
• Depot operations including stock management.
• Ensuring customer service.

 Required Skills: 

• Good Sales and Negotiation Skill.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact with internal team and customers.
• The ability to follow client specifications.
• Good networking and time management skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary : Upto 9.00 LPA
