  • Experience Level: Minimum of 7 years of experience in office management roles, preferably in fast-paced environments. Experience in team leadership (3 years +) is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, adaptability to changing priorities, and effective leadership qualities.
