Designation : Commercial Excellence Analyst

Location - BKC

Experience: 4.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)

Work Time -  9 AM to 5 PM

Work Days - Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Job Description 

  • Data collection and analysis to identify patterns and insights, which can be used for executive decision making
  • Ensuring data hygiene and sanity across touchpoints
  • Developing reports and dashboards to ensure relevance & consistency of information shared with stakeholders across functions
  • Developing standardized and scalable mathematical models to solve critical business problems
  • Derive actionable insights based on an in-depth understanding of sales processes and cycles
  • Provide valuable insights into business operations, thus enabling informed & improved decision making based on data
  • Help identify inefficiencies and streamline processes, thus leading to increased efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying areas for business process improvement
  • Cross functional collaboration to drive stakeholder towards a common objective
  • Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute/university
  • Postgraduate in business administration
  • At least 3-4 years of strategy / commercial execution experience

Other Competency Requirements:

  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and identify patterns and trends.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely by using visualizations to communicate data insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Business acumen: Deep understanding of the diagnostic business and industry
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using tools and software for data analysis and reporting
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage projects and ensure timely completion

Stakeholder management: Ability manage, effectively collaborate & influence multiple stakeholders across functions [HO based & field based]
