Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Back Office Internal Sales Manager to support our sales team and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Diploma) with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage internal sales processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
 • Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team and customers.
 • Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
 • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
 • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in the CRM system.
 • Follow up on pending orders, inquiries, and customer requirements.
Technical & Product Knowledge:
 • Understand and interpret customer technical requirements.
 • Assist in selecting suitable products based on mechanical, electrical, and chemical specifications.
 • Prepare technical documentation, datasheets, and compliance certificates as required.
Communication & Documentation:
 • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
 • Draft and manage business correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
 • Ensure all sales documents, invoices, and purchase orders are correctly recorded and filed.
Process & Operations Management:
 • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
 • Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
 • Support marketing efforts by providing product insights for promotional materials.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
 • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
 • Experience: 3+ years in internal sales, back-office operations, or technical support within an industrial trading company.
 • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial products, specifications, and applications.
 • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Ability to draft professional emails and reports.
 • Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP/CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
 • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
 • Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export documentation.
 • Familiarity with industrial product sourcing and supplier management.
 • Experience in handling tenders and large-scale quotations.
