PLANT HEAD (FERRO ALLOYS) - TILDA

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

  Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans for the ferroalloys business, aligning with overall company objectives. 

   
• Operational Management:

  Oversee all aspects of ferroalloy production, including process optimization, resource allocation, and quality control. 

   
• Financial Performance:

  Manage the ferroalloys business unit's budget, profitability, and cost control, ensuring financial targets are met. 

   
• Team Leadership:

  Lead and develop a high-performing team of ferroalloy professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. 

   
• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure that all ferroalloy products meet required quality standards and specifications, implementing and maintaining quality control processes. 

   
• Compliance:

  Ensure that all operations comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations. 

   
• Innovation and Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements, technologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. 

   
• Market Analysis and Sales Strategy:

  Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, developing and implementing effective sales strategies. 

   
• Supply Chain Management:

  Manage the ferroalloy supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and logistics. 

   
• Customer Relationship Management:

  Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

   

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. 
   
• Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in the ferroalloys industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles. 
   
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ferroalloy production processes, materials science, and quality control techniques. 
   
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. 
   
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and profitability. 
   
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
