Job Description:
- *Sales Management*:
- Achieve sales targets for home loan products through Builder Channel partnerships.
- Drive business development activities with builders, developers, and real estate agents to promote home loan offerings.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, including upcoming residential projects, and offer customized financial solutions to builders.
- *Channel Development*:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key builders and developers to build long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand their project requirements and facilitate seamless loan processes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and events to promote home loan products.
- *Team Leadership & Training*:
- Lead a team of sales executives and other personnel in the Pune area.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Provide regular feedback, sales coaching, and career development support to team members.
- *Loan Origination & Documentation*:
- Ensure proper documentation, application processing, and timely submission of loan proposals for builder clients.
- Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams to facilitate loan approvals and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor the loan disbursement process to ensure quick and smooth execution.
- *Market Intelligence*:
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Regularly update senior management on performance, market developments, and competitor activities.
- *Customer Relationship Management*:
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues, managing concerns, and improving customer satisfaction levels.
- Focus on relationship building with developers to ensure future business opportunities.
*Skills & Qualifications*
- *Experience*: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the home loan industry or builder channel.
- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA (preferred).
- *Skills*:
- Strong understanding of the home loan market, particularly builder and developer channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Ability to manage a sales team and drive results.
- Familiarity with local Pune real estate market and key players.
