Job Description:

Position:          Executive/Sr. Executive - HR (Talent Acquisition)

Location:         Mumbai - Lower Parel

Experience:      5 - 6 Years

Industries:       Polymer

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Extend offer letters and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent acquisition practices.
  • Conduct Competitor Salary benchmarking analysis
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (HROne) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to increase brand visibility.

Required Skills:

  •  Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  •  Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  •  Experience with sourcing and screening technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians) is preferred. 

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR
