Job Description:
Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - HR (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Polymer
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Extend offer letters and negotiate compensation packages.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent acquisition practices.
- Conduct Competitor Salary benchmarking analysis
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (HROne) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with sourcing and screening technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians) is preferred.
