Job Description:
The Chief of Staff will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, organizing client meetings, overseeing team management, and assisting in new strategic initiatives and business expansion. This role serves as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the COO.
 
 
Responsibilities & Duties:
Experience in Land
 
1. Project Management Office (PMO) Support:
·       Coordinate and manage all PMO activities, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
·       Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals and objectives.
·       Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams across different locations.
 
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
·       Act as a liaison between the COO and various internal teams, including Project Development, Opex Business Development, CAPEX Business Development, and Regulatory teams.
·       Foster collaboration and synergy among cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
 
3. Client Meeting Support:
·       Assist the COO in scheduling, preparing for, and coordinating meetings with clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
·       Ensure all necessary materials and information are prepared and available for client meetings.
 
4. Team Management Support:
·       Provide administrative support to the COO in managing and coordinating activities of the teams under their purview, including Project Development, Opex Business Development, CAPEX Business Development, and Regulatory teams.
·       Assist in organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
·       New Strategic Initiatives and Business Expansion:
·       Support the COO in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
·       Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities for diversification and expansion into new markets.
·       Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for business expansion initiatives.
 
5. Administrative Support:
·       Manage the COO's calendar, prioritize stakeholder meetings appointments and events.
·       Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
