Job Description:

Production Management:
- Understand and execute the shift operation plan, ensuring adherence to production targets and schedules.
- Monitor and control the ferro-alloy production process, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and process parameters.
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.

Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the shift, ensuring product specifications are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

Personnel Management:
- Supervise and direct the work of shift personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to team members.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near misses.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality data, and safety incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation requirements.

- Identify and resolve operational issues and problems effectively.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
