Job Description:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive affordable housing loan sales in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and tap into new market opportunities for affordable housing products.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and set clear KPIs for team members.
  • Customer & Channel Management:
  • Build relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents to generate leads.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and quick resolution of queries.
  • Conduct customer interactions to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursals.
  • Monitor portfolio health and proactively manage NPAs.
