Job Description:
Responsible for providing inputs towards the business development strategy in consultation with the Head of Business. |

Responsible for devising specific strategy and plan of all departments of the Region / Zone to the senior management on a periodic basis |

Accountable to drive and plan expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. |
|||
Responsible for monitoring region specific regulatory compliances and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. |
|||
Accountable for driving profitable loan book, product mix, yield and quality of the portfolio and sourcing mix for the region along with Head of Business |
|||
Accountable to coordinate and liaison with other functional heads to drive requisite business metrics and smooth branch administration through branch managers. |
|||
Accountable for driving Head Office initiatives. |
|||
Accountable for ensuring that performance is timely communicated and driven across respective region and periodic feedback is provided till the ground level. |
|||
Accoutable to ensure the right quality of business is being sourced and the delinquencies are kept under the identified targets. |
|||
Collaborate with branch for Risk and Internal Audit response for prpoper and timely closure of audit queries. |
|||
Responsible for overseeing marketing, advertising and promotional plan in collaboration with the marketing team for regional specific customizations. |
|||
Responsible to drive region specific targets of Channel Partner and Aadhar Mitra business to optimize the cost of acquisition. |
|||
Accountable to drive collections team to maintain a healthy loan book with over dues not exceeding the defined targets and keeping delinquencies under control. |
|||
Responsible to assess the training and development needs to collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery of the same. |
