Job Description:

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handling Syndicate Vertical: Focus on managing and overseeing the syndicate business within the organization.
  2. Multi-level Reporting Structure: The candidate will manage teams or individuals at different levels within the organizational hierarchy.
  3. Onboarding Channel Partners: Recruiting and integrating new channel partners into the business network.
  4. Managing and Developing Channel Partners: Actively managing relationships and helping channel partners grow and succeed in their roles.
  5. Achieving Sales and Profitability Objectives: Assisting the team in achieving set targets through proper coordination and resource management.
  6. Educating and Coordinating: Providing knowledge about new projects to channel partners, ensuring alignment and driving increased sales and profitability.
  7. Client Base Development: Building and maintaining relationships with a range of clients, including organizations, associations, and corporate entities, to secure business and meet sales expectations.
  8. Leading Channel Management: Overseeing a large area or network of channel partners and managing the operations effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Very Good English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Go-Getting Attitude: Self-driven and proactive attitude toward achieving business goals.
  3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  4. Good Coordination and Convincing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and coordinate effectively with teams and partners.
  5. Promotion within the Same Company Preferred: Preference for candidates who have progressed within the same organization, indicating loyalty and familiarity with the company's operations.
  6. Experience in Real Estate Channel Management Preferred: Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry, especially in channel management, is preferred.
