Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Syndicate Vertical: Focus on managing and overseeing the syndicate business within the organization.
- Multi-level Reporting Structure: The candidate will manage teams or individuals at different levels within the organizational hierarchy.
- Onboarding Channel Partners: Recruiting and integrating new channel partners into the business network.
- Managing and Developing Channel Partners: Actively managing relationships and helping channel partners grow and succeed in their roles.
- Achieving Sales and Profitability Objectives: Assisting the team in achieving set targets through proper coordination and resource management.
- Educating and Coordinating: Providing knowledge about new projects to channel partners, ensuring alignment and driving increased sales and profitability.
- Client Base Development: Building and maintaining relationships with a range of clients, including organizations, associations, and corporate entities, to secure business and meet sales expectations.
- Leading Channel Management: Overseeing a large area or network of channel partners and managing the operations effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Very Good English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Go-Getting Attitude: Self-driven and proactive attitude toward achieving business goals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Good Coordination and Convincing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and coordinate effectively with teams and partners.
- Promotion within the Same Company Preferred: Preference for candidates who have progressed within the same organization, indicating loyalty and familiarity with the company's operations.
- Experience in Real Estate Channel Management Preferred: Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry, especially in channel management, is preferred.
